Description

I was the only one who decided not to go down for diving that particular day. Wanted to enjoy the blue ambiance from the phinisi boat.  The blue sky and the blue sea. Not from the underwater view. 
We got hungry visitors. Noticed some birds flying around in the sky. They are the Great Frigatebird : the consummate pirates of the tropical oceans. Banda is the home of 21 species of birds that are impossible to find anywhere else in the world.

The Great Frigatebird is a member of the pan-tropical, monogeneric family, Fregatidae, the Frigatebirds. The adult males of all species are very similar in appearance with long heavily bowed, dihedral wings, predominantly black plumage and long forked tails. The frigatebirds have a reputation for being the consummate pirates of the tropical oceans and are typically very aggressive in their pursuit of prey captured by other birds (frigatebirds or otherwise).
